I ordered this mini chopping blade as a backup for my Breville Sous Chef 16. It's made of stainless steel and feels well-made. It chops herbs and nuts quickly and is dishwasher safe, which is a plus. The inclusion of a bowl is nice, but I already have the original bowl, so it's somewhat redundant. The brushed finish is sleek, but the clear plastic bowl seems a bit flimsy compared to the original. For $24.99, it's a decent replacement part, but I think the price is a bit high for just a blade and bowl set.
