The Breville Sous Chef 16 Pro is a beast. With 1200 watts, it powers through anything—meat, veggies, dough. The 16-cup bowl is huge, and the included 4 blades cover slicing, shredding, chopping, and kneading. I love the accessory storage inside the bowl, and the adjustable slicing disc gives precise control. The brushed stainless looks great on the counter. Downsides: it's big (18 inches tall) and pricey at $400. Also, no warranty is mentioned. But if you cook a lot, this is a joy to use.
